Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kleisure Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we value the trust you place in us when availing of our travel documentation and trip planning support services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may request cancellations or refunds. By using our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.


1. Service Nature

We provide consultancy, documentation support, and travel readiness assistance. As most of our work involves personalized service, coordination, and immediate resource allocation, certain fees are non-refundable once services are initiated.


2. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a service, the following rules apply:

  • Before Service Initiation: If you cancel before we start processing your request, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and payment gateway charges.

  • After Service Initiation: Once our team has started preparing documents, forms, or coordination work, refunds will not be possible.

  • Travel Insurance or Third-Party Services: Fees paid for insurance, embassy charges, application centers, and other third-party services are strictly non-refundable.

  • Package Services: For bundled services, cancellation of individual components may not be permitted, or partial refunds may be calculated on a pro-rata basis.


3. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any service in exceptional cases such as:

  • Non-submission of required documents by the client.

  • Incorrect or fraudulent information provided.

  • Non-payment of agreed service fees.

  • Technical errors or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will either provide a full refund (if no work has started) or a partial refund (if work has already been initiated).


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client.

  • Service not delivered due to reasons solely attributable to us.

  • Cancellation request approved as per policy timelines.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

  • The service has been fully delivered.

  • Delays or rejections occur due to third-party authorities (such as embassies, consulates, or government agencies).

  • The client provides incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information.

  • Client fails to respond to communication or provide required documents on time.


5. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or payment gateway).

  • Any processing fee, payment gateway charge, or administrative cost will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Non-Refundable Components

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  1. Service fees once work has commenced.

  2. Embassy/consulate/government charges.

  3. Travel insurance or third-party booking charges.

  4. Urgent/express service fees.

  5. Taxes collected on behalf of authorities.


7. Modification Requests

If instead of cancellation, you wish to modify your service request (such as changing travel dates, correcting details, or switching service categories), additional charges may apply. Refunds for modified requests will not be possible once processing has started.


8. Limitation of Liability

Refunds are limited strictly to the service fees paid to us. We are not liable for:

  • Any financial losses, penalties, or damages arising from delays, rejections, or changes in third-party decisions.

  • Expenses incurred due to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or rejections by airlines, embassies, or other authorities.
